1. Product Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility Conditions:
- Condition: Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original, undamaged packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Items marked as "final sale" or clearance.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return: Please contact our customer service team at 770-790-7664 or Email wesleysworkers@wesleysworkmans.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back.
- Return Shipping:
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds for Products:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
